Discussion Group Etiquette
- When commenting on a ‘Discussion’ or ‘Announcement,’ state your subject concisely and clearly in the subject line. This will allow members to respond more appropriately to your posting and make it easier for members to search the archives by subject.
- When responding directly to someone's post, send messages to the individuals, not to the entire list. Use the "Reply to Sender" link in every message to do this.
- If you want to be removed from a list, use the web interface to change your settings or remove yourself from a list. As a last resort, please complete the Contact Us form.
